As a person I have always led with my head rather than my heart. When I prepared to give birth, suddenly I couldn’t only follow my head. One can’t just research the best birth and have it. It was the first time that I (maybe unwillingly at first) led with my heart, and I have never looked back. I became a Doula to help people like me, who have a need for logic and control, to be able to learn everything they want to - and then let it go and lean into the most soulful, joyous, and unplannable event of their lives.

    From planned inductions to unmedicated home births, labor looks like what you want it to. This is your birth, and I will do everything in my power to help you achieve everything you want.

    to discuss the birth, explore some questions you have about the newborn stage, or chat about anything you like.
